Parma Olive Oil – emollient, protective, anti-wrinkle, sebum-like
Ingredient to support biodiversity, understood as the activity of preserving agro-alimentary varieties linked to a typical area due to their extinction caused by the massive use of industrial processes, which impose products more requested by the market to the detriment of biodiversity, and thus favor their re-cultivation.
Parma Oil derives from some ancient olive trees that it is important to save and foresee their multiplication as they are genetic sources of great interest for future crops, less energizing and more resistant to adversity. The germplasm has been preserved for a very short time in order to reproduce it through biodiverse agriculture and save it from extinction.
It is obtained from the squeezing of drupes and is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids and contains a fraction of saponifiables very similar to the cutaneous sebum, performs protective, anti-wrinkle and sebum replacement as well as important actions on skin tropism by stimulating repair processes of epidermis and dermis.
Prickly pear oil
Prickly Pear Oil has exceptional antioxidant, regenerative and moisturizing properties that give it extraordinary effectiveness, certified and substantiated by studies carried out at the Universities of Messina and Montpellier. This oil also owes its preciousness to the peculiar extraction process. It is in fact obtained only by cold pressing of the seeds and this allows to preserve its beneficial properties. It is naturally and particularly rich in vitamin E, with exceptional antioxidant, regenerative and protective properties of skin hydration and vitamin F, a mixture of essential fatty acids such as omega 3, 6, 9 with innumerable cosmetic properties and fundamental components for correct physiology of cell membranes.
Argan oil – moisturizing, oxygenating, nourishing
It is rich in tocopherols, antioxidant compounds that in addition to having biological effects, give the argan oil a high stability against oxidative processes ensuring a better shelf life. By virtue of the high concentration of essential fatty acids and vitamin E, argan oil ensures skin hydration, promotes the oxygenation of cells, protects the skin from external aggressions by neutralizing free radicals.
Sweet Almond Oil – emollient, nourishing, elasticising
It has strong emollient, nourishing, eudermic and elasticizing properties. Applied to the skin is a safe ingredient at each use concentration.
Rice starch – emollient, refreshing
It is a polysaccharide made up of several glucose molecules which gels in hot water forming a viscous solution which after having cooled has the appearance of a gel. Rice starch is used for the preparation of emollient and refreshing cosmetic products. Applied to the skin it is not absorbed but it is stratified by acting as a skin protector with an emollient action.
Chamomile extract – soothing, anti-reddening
It stimulates the functionality of the microcirculation and the activity of the fibroblasts with promotion of the synthesis of collagen, elastic fibers and hyaluronic acid, thus favoring the repair of the epidermis and the dermis. Chamomilla Recutita extract is used for the preparation of a large variety of cosmetic products intended for the treatment of sensitive, cuperous, delicate skin.
Calendula extract – soothing, re-epithelizing
The remarkable soothing properties are to be attributed to the non-saponifiable component composed of flavonoids and mucilages. The active ingredients contained in the calendula extract, in particular flavonoids, exert an anti-inflammatory effect on the fragile and inflamed skin, stimulate re-epithelization, and ensure epidermal turnover and promote the synthesis of collagen.
